Delete Your Account

This page explains how to delete your Bingo FC account and the data associated with it. Bingo FC is published by Variko Inc. You can delete your account from inside the app or by emailing us — either method results in the same outcome described below.

Method 1 — From inside the app (recommended)

The fastest way to delete your account is from the Settings screen in the app. You must be signed in.

Web (bingofc.com)

  1. Open the gear icon in the top-right corner.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Scroll down to the Danger Zone section.
  4. Click Delete Account, read the warning, then click Continue.
  5. Type delete my account in the confirmation box and click Delete Forever.

Mobile (Android & iOS)

  1. Open the gear icon, then tap Settings.
  2. Scroll to the Danger Zone section at the bottom.
  3. Tap Delete Account, read the warning, then tap Continue.
  4. Type delete my account and tap Delete Forever.

Your account is locked immediately after you confirm. You will be signed out and unable to play. The data is permanently deleted after a 30-day grace window (see Timeline).

Method 2 — By email

If you can’t access the app — for example, you forgot your login, never claimed a guest account, or your device is unavailable — email us and we’ll process the deletion manually.

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line Account deletion request.

Include as much of the following as you can

  • Your username (e.g. @your.handle) or display name.
  • The email address or sign-in provider (Google, Apple, Discord, Twitch) you used to create the account.
  • A device or platform you played on (Web, Android, iOS).

For accounts you can’t sign into

If you forgot your login or the account was a guest account you never claimed, we can still find it. Please include any of the following so we can match you to the correct account:

  • Username or display name you remember using.
  • An approximate account creation date (month and year is fine).
  • Any in-game purchases you made — transaction ID, date, amount, or the email address tied to your Whop / Apple / Google Play receipt.
  • The country you played from.
  • The device you primarily played on (e.g. “iPhone, browser on a MacBook, Pixel 8”).

We’ll respond within 7 business days to confirm the deletion. If we can’t conclusively identify your account from the information you provide, we’ll ask follow-up questions before deleting anything — we never delete an account we’re not sure belongs to the requester.

What gets deleted

  • Your account record: username, email address, display name, country, password hash, and any linked OAuth providers (Google, Apple, Discord, Twitch).
  • Your profile, including character, equipped traits, and animations.
  • Game history, statistics, ranking, ELO, and season progress.
  • Quests progress, daily-grid history, and any redeemed promo codes.
  • Coins, packs, sound packs, and other purchased or earned cosmetics.
  • Friends, room memberships, chat messages you sent, and notifications addressed to you.
  • Stored IP addresses tied to your account.

What we keep (and why)

A small amount of data is retained even after deletion in order to comply with legal, tax, and fraud-prevention obligations. None of it can be used to identify you in the app.

  • Anonymized billing records for purchases and refunds — required for tax reporting (typically retained for up to 7 years, per applicable law). These contain transaction amounts, dates, and provider IDs but no personally identifying information from your account.
  • Aggregated, anonymized analytics that can no longer be linked back to you.
  • Server logs are automatically purged on a short retention schedule (typically 30 days) and are not used to reconstruct deleted accounts.

Active subscriptions — cancel separately

If you have an active Bingo FC Pro subscription, please cancel it before requesting deletion. Subscriptions are billed by the platform you signed up through, and deleting your Bingo FC account does not automatically cancel billing on those platforms.

How to cancel

  • Google Play (Android): Open Google Play → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions Subscriptions → select Bingo FC → Cancel subscription.
  • App Store (iOS): Open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → select Bingo FC → Cancel Subscription.
  • Web (Whop): Open Settings in the Bingo FC web app and use the Manage subscription link to open the Whop billing portal.
  • Need help? Email [email protected] with your username and proof of purchase and we’ll point you to the right place.

Timeline

  • Day 0 — You request deletion. Your account is locked immediately. You are signed out and cannot log back in.
  • Days 0–30 — Recovery window. If you change your mind, email [email protected] from the email address tied to your account and we will restore it.
  • Day 30+ — Permanent deletion. The data described above is removed from our production systems and recovery is no longer possible.
