This Privacy Policy describes how Variko Inc (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the Bingo FC game, the Bingo FC website, the Bingo FC mobile applications for iOS and Android, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Information We Collect

The categories of data we may collect depend on how you interact with the Service:

  • Account & identifiers: a Bingo FC user ID, your username, display name, avatar configuration, and (where you sign in via email or a third-party provider) your email address.
  • Authentication data: tokens and identifiers returned by your chosen sign-in provider (Google, Discord, Twitch, or Apple). For Sign in with Apple, we receive a stable user identifier and, if you choose to share it, an email address or Apple “Hide My Email” relay address.
  • Gameplay data: match results, ratings, season progress, statistics, leaderboard placement, room and party participation, in-room chat messages, and quest/season state.
  • Purchase & subscription data: purchase history, the products you bought, subscription status, and entitlement state. We do not collect or store credit card numbers or banking details (see “Payment Information” below).
  • Device & technical data: device type, operating system, app version, language, approximate region (derived from IP), and crash or error diagnostics needed to keep the Service stable.
  • Usage data: product interactions such as screens viewed, features used, and in-app actions, used to improve gameplay and fix bugs.
  • Support communications: any information you choose to send us when contacting [email protected].

Payment Information

We do not directly collect or store your credit card number, banking details, or other financial information. The processor depends on the platform on which you make the purchase:

  • iOS (App Store): payments are processed by Apple via In-App Purchase. Apple handles your payment, billing, and tax data in accordance with Apple’s privacy policies. We use RevenueCat to validate Apple receipts and synchronise your subscription/entitlement status with your Bingo FC account. RevenueCat receives a hashed user identifier and the purchase metadata (product, transaction ID, status) but not your payment details.
  • Android (Google Play): payments are processed by Google through Google Play Billing. We use RevenueCat for receipt validation and entitlement sync on the same basis as iOS.
  • Web (bingofc.com): payments are processed by Whop, our Merchant of Record. Whop handles all payment processing and is responsible for payment data security. Please refer to Whop’s Privacy Policy.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
  • Create and manage your account and authenticate your identity
  • Enable multiplayer features including matchmaking, duels, party rooms, and leaderboards
  • Track game progress, statistics, and season advancement
  • Process purchases and manage subscriptions through Whop
  • Personalize your experience (avatar customization, cosmetic inventory)
  • Send service-related communications (account updates, security alerts)
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud or abuse
  • Analyze usage trends to improve the Service
  • Comply with legal obligations

4. Analytics & Diagnostics

We use product analytics and diagnostics tools to understand how users interact with the Service, fix bugs, and improve the experience. The specific data collected depends on the platform:

  • Web (bingofc.com): we use PostHog to collect product analytics (pages visited, in-product actions, device and browser metadata) and, for a subset of sessions, to record session replays so we can debug user interface issues. Session replays are masked to suppress sensitive form inputs.
  • Mobile (iOS & Android): we collect aggregated product analytics (in-app actions, screens viewed, app version, device type and OS version) and crash/diagnostic data to keep the app stable. We do not record your screen on mobile.
  • Mobile attribution (iOS & Android): we use Adjust GmbH as our mobile measurement partner to understand which marketing channels drive new installs and to attribute in-app events (sign-ups, purchases) to the campaigns that referred them. Adjust receives a non-resettable per-app vendor identifier (Apple IDFV on iOS), the Google Advertising ID on Android, your device model, OS version, IP address (used to derive coarse country/region and then discarded), install/session timestamps, and a hashed copy of your Bingo FC user ID so attribution can be joined back to your account on the server side. On iOS we do not show an App Tracking Transparency prompt and we do not read the IDFA (advertising identifier); attribution falls back to Apple’s privacy-preserving SKAdNetwork postbacks instead. Adjust acts as our processor and is contractually restricted to use this data only to provide attribution services to Bingo FC; see Adjust’s privacy policy for full details.

You can opt out of web analytics through your browser settings or by contacting us. To opt out of mobile analytics or Adjust attribution, contact [email protected]. On Android you can additionally reset or limit the Advertising ID from Settings → Google → Ads.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers. We share data with trusted third parties that help us operate the Service. The current list of sub-processors includes:
    • Apple — payment processing and subscription management for iOS purchases.
    • Google — payment processing for Android purchases through Google Play Billing.
    • RevenueCat — receipt validation and entitlement synchronisation for in-app purchases on iOS and Android.
    • Whop — Merchant of Record and payment processor for purchases made on the Bingo FC website.
    • PostHog — product analytics and session replay for the website.
    • Adjust GmbH — mobile measurement partner used to attribute installs and in-app events to the marketing campaigns we run on other platforms (iOS and Android). We do not display third-party ads in the app.
    • Cloud hosting providers — for application hosting, database storage, asset delivery, and email/notification delivery.
    • Sign-in providers — Apple, Google, Discord, and Twitch return profile and authentication data when you choose to sign in through them.
  • Other players: your username, avatar, game statistics, and leaderboard rankings are visible to other players as part of the gameplay experience.
  • Legal requirements: when required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
  • Safety: to protect the rights, property, or safety of Variko Inc, our users, or the public.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service. If you request deletion of your account, we will remove your personal data within a reasonable timeframe, except where we are required to retain it for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes.

7. Your Rights & Data Deletion

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your personal data
  • Object to or restrict processing of your data
  • Request portability of your data
  • Withdraw consent at any time

To exercise any of these rights, including requesting full deletion of your account and all associated data, please email us at [email protected]. We will respond to your request within 30 days.

You can also delete your account directly from inside the app at any time:

  • iOS & Android: open Bingo FC → Profile → Settings → Delete Account, then follow the on-screen confirmation prompts.
  • Web: visit Settings → Delete Account on bingofc.com.

Account deletion removes your Bingo FC account and the personal data associated with it, except where we are required to retain certain records for legal, regulatory, or anti-abuse purposes (for example, payment records may be retained by our payment processors as required by tax and accounting law).

8. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information. 9. Security

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Third-Party Sign-In & Links

The Service supports signing in through several third-party identity providers, including Sign in with Apple, Google, Discord, and Twitch. When you sign in through one of these providers, we receive a stable user identifier and, depending on the provider and the permissions you grant, a name and email address that we use to create or recognise your Bingo FC account. We do not receive your password.

Sign in with Apple. If you choose to use Apple’s “Hide My Email” feature, Apple provides us with a private relay address instead of your real email address. We treat that relay address as your email of record and send any service communications through it. We do not attempt to deanonymise the relay address. You can manage which apps can use your Apple ID, and revoke this access at any time, from your Apple ID Settings.

The Service may also contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any information.

11. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to, and processed in, countries other than the country in which you reside. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and other countries where we operate.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

13. Push Notifications

We may send push notifications to keep you updated about activity in the Service. To deliver them, your device registers a push token with us that we forward to Apple (iOS) or Google (Android) to route the message to your device. You can turn push notifications on or off at any time from your device’s notification settings.
